Delaware Statutes § 1104 Biennial mailing of polling place card and election information
Statute Text
(a)
In each year in which a general election is held, the Department shall mail to all registered voters, no later than 30 days before the state primary election, a notice informing the registrant of that registrant's polling place by nonforwardable first-class mail. If this notice is returned as undeliverable, the Department shall proceed as set forth in §
2014
of this title.
(b)
The notice set forth in subsection (a) of this section shall also include all of the following information:
(1)
A brief description of all available methods of voting.
(2)
The dates and times on which the general and any primary election will be held.
(3)
Deadlines for voter registration for each election and for party changes before a primary.
(4)
A brief outline of procedures and requirements at polling places and early voting sites.
