Delaware Statutes § 201 State department of elections

⤴ Up to Chapter 2: Department of Elections

Statute Text

There [shall be] is hereby established a State Department of Elections , which shall be vested with all of the powers and duties previously vested in the respective departments of elections for New Castle County, Kent County and Sussex County , as well as such other powers and duties as set forth in this title.
