Delaware Statutes § 2103 Notice of appeal to correct name; correction by judge
Statute Text
Any person applying to the court to have any name appearing in any manner incorrectly in the Election District Record for such person's election district to be corrected shall give notice as provided in this chapter to the
[department]

of that person's intention to make application for the correction thereof, so that the
[department]
Department
or its duly authorized representatives shall and may be present with the appropriate registration records to make such corrections therein as the court shall order and direct, and shall also give notice of that person's intention to the person affected, as provided in this chapter.
