Delaware Statutes § 305 Duplicate registrations
Statute Text
At least monthly and within 10 days following the last registration day for each primary and general election, the Commissioner shall notify
[each department of elections]
the county director and county deputy director
of suspected duplicate registrations
[within such department's county. Each department of elections]
in any county where such duplicate registration is suspected to have occurred. The applicable county director and county deputy director
shall review the list of suspected duplicate registrations
[for their county]
and correct the registration records as appropriate.
