Delaware Statutes § 4944 Vote for candidates for president and vice-president vice president as vote for their electors

Statute Text

A vote for the candidates of a political party for President and [Vice-President] Vice President of the United States shall be a vote for all the electors of President and [Vice-President] Vice President of such party, the names of whom are on file with the [Secretary of State,] State Election Commissioner and shall be as effective as if the vote was given directly for the electors.
