Delaware Statutes § 5000A Electronic voting system use
Statute Text
In any general,
[special]
special,
or primary elections, an electronic voting system
[may alternatively be used in lieu of a voting machine as required by Chapter 50 of this title so long as the voting system complies]
must be used and must comply
with the requirements of this chapter.
