(a)
In general elections,
[the polling place for every election district shall be supplied]
the Department shall supply each polling place
with at least 1 voting device for every

(b)
In primary and special elections,
[the polling place for every primary voting district or election district shall be provided]
the Department shall supply each polling place
with at least 1 voting
