Delaware Statutes § 5114 Improper conduct of printer of ballots and ballot envelopes; penalty
Statute Text
If the printer of the ballot or envelope or any person employed in printing the same:
(1)
Knowingly gives or delivers or knowingly permits to be taken any ballots or envelopes by any person other than the department of elections for whom such ballots and envelopes are being printed; or
(2)
Prints or causes or permits to be printed any ballot or envelope in any other form than the one prescribed by this title or with any other names thereon than those authorized by the department of elections or with the names spelled or the names or devices thereon arranged in any other way than that authorized and directed by the department of elections,
he or she shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not less than 1 nor more than 5 years, or both.
