Statute Text
The State Election Commissioner, in collaboration with the
[Department,]
Department offices,
shall establish a free access system accessible via the
[internet]
Internet
through which a person who applied for an absentee ballot can determine whether or not the ballot application was received, when the ballot was transmitted, when the voted ballot was received by the Department, and whether or not the ballot was counted.
