Delaware Statutes § 7308 Costs of the special election

⤴ Up to Subchapter I: Representative in Congress

Statute Text

The Office of Management and Budget shall transfer sufficient funds to cover the cost of the special election to the State Election Commissioner, the [departments of elections] Department and Superior Court not later than 5 business days following issuance of the writ.
