Florida Regulations § 34-15.0017 Presiding Officer

For the purposes of Commission proceedings under Section 11.062 (2) , Florida Statutes, the presiding officer shall be the Chair of the Commission or, in the event the Chair is unavailable, the Vice Chair of the Commission.
