Florida Statutes § 104.186 Initiative petitions; violations

Statute Text

A person who compensates a petition circulator as defined in s. 97.021 based on the number of petition forms gathered commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 , s. 775.083 , or s. 775.084 . This section does not prohibit employment relationships that do not base payment on the number of signatures collected.
