An illiterate or disabled elector who is entitled to receive assistance pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§
21-2-385
or
21-2-409
, or a person assisting such an elector, may use an assistive technology device to help the elector review their paper ballot prior to casting. Any image of the ballot obtained through using an assistive technology device shall be immediately deleted. Use of an assistive technology device by an illiterate or disabled elector or by a person assisting an illiterate or disabled elector shall not be deemed a violation of O.C.G.A. §
