For the purposes of applying O.C.G.A. §
21-2-408
(a)(2) and (b)(3)(A)
, a political party, a political body, or independent or non-partisan candidate may designate, or a candidate may submit to a political party, a different poll observer or set of poll observers for each day of advance voting.
