Hawaii Regulations § 3-160-11 Commission Chairperson and vice-chairperson

Regulation Text

(a) A chairperson shall be elected by a majority of all the members to which the commission is entitled who shall serve for a term of one year or until a successor is elected.
(b) A vice-chairperson, who shall call and chair meetings in the incapacity or absence of the chairperson, shall be elected by a majority of all the members to which the commission is entitled, and shall serve for a term of one year or until a successor is elected.
