Hawaii Regulations § 3-160-24 Termination of registration
Regulation Text
(a)
A candidate or noncandidate committee shall remain registered with the commission until the commission approves a request for termination.
(b)
The candidate or noncandidate committee may submit a request to terminate the committee's registration if:
(1)
The candidate or noncandidate committee reports no remaining surplus or deficit to the commission;
(2)
Accompanying bank statements or other documents confirm that all accounts are closed and there is no surplus or deficit;
(3)
The candidate or noncandidate committee has paid all fines, if any, assessed by the commission, and has filed all reports required by chapter

, part XIII, subpart D, Hawaii Revised Statutes; and
(4)
The commission has approved a request filed by the candidate or noncandidate committee to terminate.
