Hawaii Regulations § 3-161-32 Notice of hearing

Up to Subchapter 2: Hearing Relief

(a) Unless otherwise specifically provided by statute or rule, all parties shall be given written notice of the hearing at least fifteen days before the hearing. The notice shall include:
(1) The date, time, place, and nature of hearing;
(2) The legal authority under which the hearing is to be held;
(3) The particular sections of the statutes and rules involved; and
(4) A short and concise statement of the issues involved and the facts giving rise to the petition. Attachment of a copy of the petition to the hearing notice satisfies this requirement.
(b) The notice shall further apprise each party of their right to retain legal counsel if so desired.
