Up to Subchapter 2: Hearing Relief

Before the hearing, each respondent may file and serve a written response stating briefly therein facts, circumstances, laws, rules, or reasons in defense and shall further specifically admit or deny the allegations of the Petition upon:
(1) Each petitioner or complainant,
(2) The commission, and
(3) Hearings officer, if applicable.
