Hawaii Regulations § 3-161-63 Parties

⤴ Up to Subchapter 3: Declaratory Relief

Unless a petition has been disposed of pursuant to section 3-161-62 , in all petitions for declaratory relief where the executive director of the commission is not the petitioner, the executive director of the commission shall be made a party respondent to the proceedings and shall be served accordingly.
