⤴ Up to Subchapter 4: Petition for Rule Relief and Procedure for Adoption, Amendment, or Repeal of Rules

Regulation Text

Unless otherwise provided by law, the petitioner shall have no right to move the commission for reconsideration or to seek judicial review of any determination regarding a petition for adoption, modification, or repeal of rules.
