Hawaii Regulations § 3-170-13 Meetings by videoconference
Regulation Text
The elections commission may meet by videoconference, so long as the requirements of section
92-3.5
, Hawaii Revised Statutes, are met. Additionally, members of the public may attend the meeting at any location where an elections commission member is attending by videoconference.
