Hawaii Regulations § 3-170-5 Public information and submittals
Regulation Text
(a)
Any person may obtain information available for public dissemination concerning the activities of the elections commission during established business hours.
(b)
Any person may file in the office of the elections commission requests, objections, or views on any matter before the elections commission in accordance with this chapter.
