Hawaii Regulations § 3-170-8 Responses to complaints
Regulation Text
All complaints will be forwarded to the office of elections, and the office of elections will be given the opportunity to respond to the complaint in writing. The response to the complaint shall be addressed to the complainant, with a copy of the response, sent to the elections commission.
