Hawaii Regulations § 3-177-3 Adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules

⤴ Up to Subchapter 1: Adoption, Amendment, or Repeal of Rules by Chief Election Officer

When, pursuant to a petition therefore, or upon the chief election officer's own motion the chief election officer proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule, the rule shall be adopted, amended, or repealed in accordance with the procedures set forth in chapter 91 and section 92-41 HRS.
