Hawaii Regulations § 3-177-552 Demonstration ballots
Regulation Text
(a)
For each election, there shall be provided as many demonstration ballots as the chief election officer, clerk, or designated representative deems appropriate.
(b)
The demonstration ballots shall be designed to prevent tabulation by the computer programmed to count the ballots in the election.
(c)
The demonstration ballots may not contain the names of candidates or ballot questions to be voted on in the election.
