Hawaii Regulations § 3-177-58 Saturday, deadlines

To the extent a statutory deadline occurs on a Saturday the-chief election officer or clerk may make themselves available to receive the applicable filing by electronic mail on that day. The circumstances of a deadline occurring on a Saturday will not serve as a basis to extend any statutory deadline.
