Idaho Statutes § 34-1211 STATE BOARD OF CANVASSERS - MEETINGS
Statute Text
The secretary of state, state controller and state treasurer shall constitute the state board of canvassers. The functions of the board shall be election functions, and the secretary of state shall be chairman of the board. The state board of canvassers shall meet within twenty-one (21) days after the primary election and within twenty-one (21) days after the general election in the office of the secretary of state for the purpose of complying with the provisions of sections
