Idaho Statutes § 34-2302 PRECINCTS SPECIFIED FOR RECOUNT - REMITTANCE
Statute Text
In his application he shall state the precinct or precincts in which he desires recount to be made and shall remit to the attorney general or county clerk, pursuant to section
34-2301
, Idaho Code, together with his application the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) for each such precinct in which he desires a recount made.
