Regulation Text
After filing the complaint,
the petitioner shall serve a
file-stamped
copy of the complaint on all respondents and on each respondent's ultimate jurisdictional authority in the same manner as process is served under
Part 2 (Process) of the Civil Practice Law of
the Code of Civil Procedure
