Illinois Regulations § 2 IAC 560.375 Reports in the Absence of Reportable Expenditures
Regulation Text
Registrants that made no reportable expenditures during a reporting period shall file an Expenditure Summary Report stating that no expenditures were incurred (Section 6(b-1) of the Act). The reports shall be filed (see Section
560.100
), in accordance with Sections
560.305
and
560.310
.
