Illinois Regulations § 2 IAC 576.320 Compliance with Requests

Up to Subpart C: Responses to Requests for Public Records

The Freedom of Information Officer shall comply with requests for public records by giving notice to the requestor that the request has been approved. Such notice shall set forth all fees to be charged in accordance with a fee schedule established by the Attorney General for providing copies of public records. Upon giving such notice, the Freedom of Information Officer shall either:
a) give notice of the time and place where the requested records may be inspected; or
b) if copies of public records are requested, provide those copies immediately; or
c) if copies of public records are requested, give notice that those copies shall be made available immediately upon payment of applicable fees.
