Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 125.380 Official Record
Regulation Text
The transcript and the record offered in connection with the hearing shall constitute the official record. The record in a public hearing shall include:
a)
pre-hearing records, if any;
b)
all pleadings (including all complaints, answers, notices, motions, briefs and rulings);
c)
evidence received;
d)
a statement of matters officially noticed;
e)
offers of proof, objections and rulings;
f)
Findings of fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendations of the Hearing Officer.
