Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 125.630 Rulemaking Hearings
Regulation Text
The Board may either:
a)
hold rulemaking hearings itself; or
b)
designate a subcommittee of the Board, a member of the Board's staff, or a Hearing Officer to hold such a hearing. Pursuant to Section
125.60
(b)
, whenever possible, any person designated as a Hearing Officer shall be a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois.
