Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 125.640 Notice of Hearing

a)
Notice of Hearing shall be given at least 10 days prior to the date of the hearing:
1)
By posting the Notice on the State Board of Elections website;
2)
By posting the Notice at the principal and permanent branch offices of the State Board of Elections; and
3)
If the Board determines necessary, by public advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in Chicago or Springfield, depending on where the hearing is to take place.
b)
The Board shall make available copies of any proposed rules and supporting statements, if any, at the time the hearing date on proposed rules is announced.
