Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 125.650 Conduct of the Hearing
Regulation Text
The hearing shall be conducted in such manner so as to insure a fair hearing, to avoid delay, to maintain order, and to ensure development of a clear and complete record. The hearing may provide for:
a)
the prior submission of testimony and exhibits in writing;
b)
the examination of witnesses under oath;
c)
a limitation on the amount of time each witness may testify; and
d)
restriction or elimination of merely cumulative testimony.
