Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 204.10 General Provisions
Regulation Text
Pursuant to Sections 24A-16 and 24A-17 of the Election Code [10 ILCS 5/24A-16 and 24 A-17], no voting system shall be used in this State unless approved for use by the State Board of Elections in accordance with this Part.
