Illinois Regulations § 26 IAC 204.80 Hearing to Consider Staff Review Report
Regulation Text
a)
The Board shall conduct a hearing to consider the staff's review report.
b)
The applicant shall be given 21 days written notice of the date, time and location of the hearing.
c)
The Board shall provide the applicant the opportunity to attend the hearing and present any additional evidence or material relevant to the staff review report that would assist the Board in making a preliminary determination, on the basis of the staff review report, as to whether to approve the proposed voting system.
