a)
In counties with a population of 500,000 or more, there shall be no requirement to post a notice of primary as provided in the Election Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 46, Article 7-15).
b)
This regulation shall not be construed as dispensing with the requirement to publish a notice of primary as provided in the Election Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 46, Article 7-15).
