Illinois Statutes § 5/12-3 Time and place of city, village or incorporated town elections
Statute Text
In any city, village or incorporated town operating under Article 6 of this Act, the Board of Election Commissioners shall give timely notice through the press of the time and place of election in each precinct or consolidated area of such city, village or incorporated town.
