⤴ Up to Article 18: Conduct of Elections and Making Returns (In Municipalities Under Jurisdiction of Boards of Election Commissioners)

Statute Text

The costs and expenses of emergency referenda elections or special elections conducted by boards of election commissioners shall be paid as provided in Sections 17-30 and 17-32 of this Code.
