Illinois Statutes § 5/23-1.12a Election contest-Statewide-Timing and finality of determination by Supreme Court
Statute Text
The determination of the contest shall be made as soon as practicable. The determination of the Supreme Court shall be final, subject only to such petitions for reconsideration as the Supreme Court may by rule allow.
