Illinois Statutes § 5/23-1.1a Election contest-Statewide-Jurisdiction

Up to Article 23: Contesting Elections

Statute Text

The Supreme Court shall have jurisdiction over contests of the results of any election, including a primary, for an elected officer provided for in Article V of the Constitution, and shall retain jurisdiction throughout the course of such election contests.
