Illinois Statutes § 5/24C-4 Use of Direct Recording Electronic Voting System; Requisites; Applicable procedure

Direct Recording Electronic Voting Systems may be used in elections provided that such Systems are approved for use by the State Board of Elections. So far as applicable, the procedure provided for voting paper ballots shall apply when Direct Recording Electronic Voting Systems are used. However, the provisions of this Article 24C will govern when there are conflicts.
