Illinois Statutes § 5/2A-2 Presidential and Vice Presidential Electors-Time of Election

Up to Article 2A: Time of Holding Elections

Statute Text

As many electors of President and Vice President of the United States as this State may be entitled to elect shall be elected at the general election, immediately preceding the expiration of the term of the incumbent President of the United States.
