Illinois Statutes § 5/2A-36 Fire Protection District-Trustee-Time of Election
Statute Text
A trustee of a Fire Protection District which elects its trustees shall be elected at each consolidated election in odd-numbered years to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
