Illinois Statutes § 5/2A-45 Community Buildings-Board of Managers-Member-Time of Election
Statute Text
A member of a Board of Managers, which may have authority over township community buildings, shall be elected at the consolidated election of each odd-numbered year to succeed each incumbent manager whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
