Illinois Statutes § 5/2A-46 Board of Stadium Commissioners-Commissioner-Time of election
Statute Text
A commissioner of a city Board of Stadium Commissioners shall be elected at each consolidated election which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent commissioner, to succeed each incumbent commissioner whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
