Illinois Statutes § 5/2A-50 Regional Board of School Trustees-Trustee-Time of Election
Statute Text
Except in educational service regions having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants, a trustee of a Regional Board of School Trustees shall be elected at the consolidated election to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term ends before the following consolidated election.
