Illinois Statutes § 5/5-8.5 Deputy registrar eligibility

⤴ Up to Article 5: Registration of Electors in Counties Having a Population of 500,000 or More

Statute Text

Unless otherwise provided by law, an individual who [that] is 17 years old or older who is registered to vote in this State shall be eligible to serve as a deputy registrar.
