Illinois Statutes § 5/6-15 Adoption of city election law by village or incorporated town-Vote

Up to Article 6: Registration of Electors in Certain Cities, Villages and Incorporated Towns

Statute Text

Any village or incorporated town in this state may adopt this article 6 and articles 14 and 18 of this Act, in like manner, and the same shall be submitted to a vote of the people of the said village or incorporated town, upon written application to said court, of 150 electors in such village or incorporated town.
